Enhancing the learner journey through improved employee experience

Our advisors spend most of them time out in the field talking to their learners and guiding them through the qualification process. These engagements are supported by an internal digital tool that enables our advisors to view completed learner work, progress and engagements. It lets them record visits and notes about the learner and mark their progress.
We had been receiving feedback from advisors around their issues with this tool through existing feedback mechanisms (monthly surveys etc.) and were asked to look at improving this experience for our advisors so that they could focus on their key role of supporting the learners and less time on their laptops.
